Chef Leticia
Food Stylist and Culinary Producer
Leticia has styled TV segments and cookbooks for editorial, commercials, agencies, and international brands
Upon launching her cookbooks and promoting them on TV, Leticia’s publisher quickly realized that she handled all the segments by herself. They asked her to style a segment for another author that wasn’t local to the tri-state area. And then another, and then another. Soon enough, local producers called her to cover their food styling needs and recommend her to photographers and other publishers.
Leticia has styled TV segments and cookbooks for editorial, commercials, agencies, and brands, including Budweiser, Sabra, Wet Ones, Pepperidge Farm, Don Q Rum, Heineken Tikkaway Indian Restaurant, BJ’s Wholesale Club, and Mikey’s Muffins.
In this ever-changing industry, Leticia’s approach to food communication is backed by her classic training in culinary school and her experience as a restaurant chef, combined with her understanding of paid media, owned media, social media, and the ultimate passion for creating content in the food world.
Leticia’s kitchen has also evolved from a home working kitchen to a fully equipped studio prepared for a wide range of culinary production work. Fitted with several cameras, studio lighting, and a prop room storing hundreds of props, Leticia is a one-stop-shop for all your culinary needs.
